Requirements

5+ years of experience using statistical computer languages (Python, SAS, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets
5+ years of experience using a variety of data analysis methods/data mining, data tools (SQL required), building and implementing predictive models, using/creating algorithms and creating / running simulations
5+ years of experience with a variety of artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, etc.) and their real-world advantages / drawbacks
5+ years of experience working independently and creatively solving problems where statistical modeling techniques can be applied
Model Implementation and Deployment - Python and Gen AI experience
Experience with Generative AI and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, etc.)
Experience with real/near real time analytics
Experience with anomaly detection
End to End Development - feature engineering, training, deployment, maintenance, and monitoring
Data preprocessing including combining datasets across multiple domains like calls to claims
Performance and cost optimization of models
Research and Innovation – someone who is not only technically skilled but can use business context to drive innovation
Collaboration – can work with other technical folks and is able to explain outcomes/challenges to people from the business

Nice To Haves

Healthcare data experience
Ability to mentors and train other team members on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning

Responsibilities

Responsible for accelerating our ability to build and leverage AI/ML to deploy predictive models and analytics beyond our current capabilities
Support our ability to uncover insights within our data that are not currently available and allow identifying targeted member populations who may require more detailed social need support
Partner with other AI/ML resources across the company and lead initiatives within the team related to AI/ML
