Your Role Lead the end-to-end development of Machine Learning and NLP solutions, including problem framing, data exploration, feature engineering, model building, validation, and deployment for complex business use cases. Perform advanced data analysis and preprocessing on large and structured/unstructured datasets while ensuring data integrity, quality checks, security, and regulatory compliance. Collaborate closely with product owners, system architects, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable AI/ML architectures and production-ready solutions. Drive ML asset creation, contribute to reusable components and frameworks, implement MLOps best practices, and oversee deployment on cloud or on-premise infrastructure while staying updated with emerging trends like Generative AI and LLM-based applications. Your Profile 7–12 years of strong experience in Data Science with proven expertise in delivering ML/AI solutions across multiple domains and handling large-scale data-driven projects. Strong technical proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn), SQL, and ML/DL frameworks such as Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch, along with hands-on experience in model tuning and performance optimization. Solid understanding of databases (MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Cassandra), data modeling, feature engineering, statistical techniques, and scalable data processing methods. Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and strong communication skills, with experience in Agile methodologies, JIRA tracking, POC/MVP development, stakeholder management, and consulting exposure. Requirements
- 7–12 years of strong experience in Data Science with proven expertise in delivering ML/AI solutions across multiple domains and handling large-scale data-driven projects.
