  • Design, create, and develop programs and systems that improve analytics and processes which align with company needs and direction using current methodologies (predictive modeling, phython, R, machine learning, etc)
  • Strengthen efficacy and efficiency of existing processes by developing software solutions which could include automating data entry, querying databases, consolidating data sources, creating dashboards, summarizing customer verbatim etc.
  • Create programs, algorithms across LLM’s, unstructured/disparate datasets, and/or metadata sources to gain insight to true Customer Experiences.
  • Lead PDCA initiatives (continuous improvement) for assigned areas, tools, and processes.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices related to data analysis, AI, and machine learning.
  • Data Analysis:
  • Process, clean, and verify the integrity of large, unstructured, and diverse data sets to be used for analysis.
  • Apply a logical approach to analyze data, identify trends or patterns, and arrive at key insights that impact or improve User Experience (UX/CX) or Overall Quality.
  • Explore both existing and new customer feedback data sets. Including warranty, JD Power, Consumer Reports, Strategic Vision, customer complaint data, etc
  • Act as SME for technical & data analysis skills using a variety of tools and data (mTab, Excel, QlikView, SQL, Python, R, LLM/AI, PowerAutomate, competitive benchmarking, test results, modeling, etc).
  • Level-up analytic capability of existing VOC associate.
  • Additional Key Accountabilities
