About The Position
Leads advanced analytics initiatives to support strategic business objectives and drive data-informed decision-making. Owns end-to-end data science solutions, from problem discovery and modeling to deployment and adoption. Collaborates with senior stakeholders to align analytics projects with organizational priorities and business strategy. Provides technical leadership and mentorship to the data science team, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing. Evaluates emerging tools, technologies, and data sources to enhance analytics capabilities and innovation. Operates in a collaborative Agile environment, contributing to continuous improvement in analytics processes and methodologies.
