Your OKRs will be directly tied to the value you create for our most loyal customers, and you will play a critical role in shaping how millions of members experience Walmart+. As part of the Walmart+ Customer Product team, your charter will be to design and optimize best-in-class member experiences across a wide range of customer needs. You will partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Test Managers, and cross-functional business partners to elevate the site and app experience across key Walmart verticals. Your work will influence experiences across the mobile app, online grocery, curbside pickup, and delivery, helping customers before they enter the store, during their shopping journey, and after purchase. In this role, you will analyze large-scale clickstream and behavioral data to understand how customers interact with Walmart’s digital platforms, identify user pain points, and surface opportunities to build more intuitive, inspiring, and frictionless experiences. You will bring a strong experimentation mindset, using rigorous measurement and causal inference to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions.
