About The Position
Airbnb was born in 2007 when two hosts welcomed three guests to their San Francisco home, and has since grown to over 5 million hosts who have welcomed over 2 billion guest arrivals in almost every country across the globe. Every day, hosts offer unique stays and experiences that make it possible for guests to connect with communities in a more authentic way. The People Analytics & Research team is looking for an experienced Data Scientist to lead and/or contribute to some of our key projects, such as survey analysis (employee listening); how to hire, promote, and retain a best in-class workforce; and how to maintain fairness in key company processes. The role is highly cross-functional, and you will work with Talent Leaders, Legal, Diversity and Belonging, and other core people-oriented teams. We need a Data Scientist with a proven track record in translating data to insights and action.
