About The Position

As a company, a key to our success is in analyzing healthcare data and creating new insights to help our customers treat patients, so we are growing our data science function. We have access to some very compelling data sets, primarily EHR, Rx Fill Data, and Provider Data that are enabled by recent healthcare interoperability regulations. We are looking for a seasoned expert who will help us advance our mission and build data products and capabilities. As a key member of the Particle Health Data Science team, you will be a key player in shaping and executing foundational components of our analytics strategy, helping to define key models for some of the most interesting and challenging problems in healthcare. As a recognized expert on experiment design and statistical significance within the company, you will play a crucial role in identifying the limits of inference within our data and work closely with product and engineering to identify new analytical products, helping to ensure that our product roadmap continues to evolve toward products that are not only desirable, but feasible and viable as well. You will also contribute to our AI & NLP roadmap, which will become increasingly important over time.
