About The Position

As a Senior Data Scientist at Moloco, you will be part of the Growth Data Science team, which is dedicated to enhancing the effectiveness of Moloco Ads and assisting advertisers in achieving their business objectives. This role involves engaging with top strategic advertisers, taking ownership of impactful product initiatives, and collaborating across various teams. Your responsibilities will include understanding advertiser goals, consulting on measurement methodologies, generating insights, optimizing campaigns, and contributing to product development and activation strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Knowledge and experience in experimental design, hypothesis testing, and statistical analysis such as regression or time-series analysis.
• Experience in Python and SQL.
• Ability to balance multiple projects and prioritize work based on business needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience building partnerships with advertisers and business teams using data and analytics.
• Proven ability to own projects end-to-end and develop creative solutions to complex problems.
• Demonstrated leadership and self-direction.

Responsibilities

• Engage with advertisers to understand their business objectives and identify opportunities for Moloco to drive business value.
• Consult with advertisers on measurement methodologies and support the activation of Moloco incrementality solutions.
• Collect and analyze data to generate insights and communicate recommendations to stakeholders up to C-Level.
• Partner with internal and external teams to analyze and test opportunities for improving campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance products and services based on market insights and advertiser feedback.
• Develop activation strategies with business teams to unlock product performance and drive adoption across advertiser groups.
