About The Position

You will be joining the Data Science team within Life Science Supply Chain Advancement. With deep operational experience and strong relationships across the organization, the Supply Chain Advancement team is well-positioned to quickly bring transformational AI/ML projects to life. You will act as a product owner and help us to drive continuous improvements in operational efficiency through innovative applications of AI/ML. This is a role focused on delivering practical, data-driven solutions. You will help us drive projects in demand forecasting, inventory deployment, and production planning. You will explore complex operational data and engineer new modelling features. You will be constantly learning about supply chain operations and AI/ML. Your focus must be on getting ideas tested, into production, and delivering results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science or related field.
• Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise-scale analytic solutions.
• At least 5 years of experience in an analytical or engineering role.
• Previous experience working on ML applications, from build phase to production in a corporate environment.

Nice To Haves

• Master's Degree or Ph.D in Data Science, Computer Science or related field.
• Strong business acumen and intellectual curiosity.
• Practical experience with cloud platforms - AWS, Azure, Google.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, terabyte scale, datasets.
• Proficiency with Python.
• Comfortable reporting results to both technical and non-technical users.
• Comfortable with the ambiguity of imperfect data.
