As a Senior Data Quality Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of business data across global operations. You will partner with both technical and business teams to design and implement strong data quality frameworks, define measurable KPIs, and promote a culture of excellence in data management.   • Lead and execute data quality initiatives across assigned business areas, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and data governance standards.
  • Analyze and monitor data quality by profiling datasets, identifying anomalies, and implementing remediation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track and report on data quality performance.
  • Create and execute action plans to resolve data quality issues and strengthen overall governance frameworks.
  • Define, maintain, and improve data quality rules in collaboration with IT, business owners, and data stewards.
  • Identify, evaluate, and mitigate data quality risks, escalating critical issues when required.
  • Support the Data Governance Council by providing insights, reporting, and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Partner with business and IT teams to promote consistent data management practices and standards.
  • Guide and coach business teams in effective data collection, validation, and integration processes.
  • Perform detailed data and systems analysis to support governance and transformation initiatives.
  • Prepare and present findings, reports, and dashboards to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Bachelor’s or university degree in Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in data quality management, data governance, or data analytics in a complex or global organization.
  • Experience with Tableau or Power BI — ability to design, build, and interpret dashboards and data visualizations is essential.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and Snowflake is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with data profiling, cleansing, validation, and metadata management tools.
  • Ability to define and monitor KPIs and apply scalable standards for long-term data integrity.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
