Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building data-driven products.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
- Experience with machine learning techniques and frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow).
- Knowledge of data engineering concepts, ETL processes, and cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks).
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
Nice To Haves
- Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- Experience in healthcare data and familiarity with clinical coding standards and interoperability formats.
- Proficiency with BI tools and data visualization (e.g., Power BI, Matplotlib).
- Background in enterprise risk management within health insurance.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product development, from research and discovery to launch and measurement.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with design, engineering, data science, and business teams to deliver impactful solutions.
- Apply first-principles thinking to solve complex problems and identify high-leverage opportunities.
- Engage hands-on with data and AI, supporting model development and data analysis to accelerate learning.
- Champion intuitive, elegant design and ensure exceptional user experiences.
- Validate ideas through rapid experimentation, user testing, and data-driven insights.
- Leverage modern AI tools to amplify team productivity and velocity.
