Senior Data Operations Analyst

Connie Health IncBoston, MA

About The Position

Connie Health is looking for a detail-oriented Data Operations Analyst who thrives at the intersection of technical analysis and business execution. This is an operations-heavy role focused on the integrity, synchronization, and optimization of our core business data. You will be tasked with bridging the gap between our internal systems by identifying friction points, investigating complex data discrepancies, and implementing the logic that powers our growth and financial accuracy. In this role, you won't just be looking at dashboards; you will be the steward of our data ecosystem, ensuring that information flows seamlessly across the organization and that our records remain a "single source of truth." The ideal candidate enjoys "data detective" work—diving deep into discrepancies to find root causes and building the systems to ensure they don’t happen again. This is a hybrid role, based out of our Boston office near South Station.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a Data Operations, Data Analyst, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations role.
  • Expertise in Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation, complex logic, and reconciliation.
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases and performing deep-dive investigations.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Ability to troubleshoot data discrepancies, perform root-cause analysis, and come out with a clear path to resolution.
  • Track record of managing large-scale data imports and maintaining data cleanliness.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in the Medicare or Health Insurance space, especially regarding policy lifecycles and commissions.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and best practices for handling Protected Health Information.
  • Experience building or maintaining reports and dashboards in Looker.
  • Experience with ETL processes and dbt for managing data transformation workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Own the daily resolution of data syncing issues between our core business platforms, data feeds from third party systems, and our CRM.
  • Perform in-depth investigations into unexpected data behavior, resolving immediate issues while partnering with the Sales Operations and Engineering teams to implement systemic preventions.
  • Operate and iteratively improve existing exception reporting frameworks to reduce manual overhead and increase data reliability.
  • Partner closely with the Finance team to prepare and clean large datasets to assist in the assessment of M&A opportunities, and execute customer and policy data imports following successful business acquisitions.
  • Document data flows and standard operating procedures for the data lifecycle at Connie Health.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and equity packages.
  • Generous vacation policy and holiday observances.
  • Hybrid work schedule with designated in-office days at our fully stocked office.
  • Comprehensive health insurance plans.
  • 401k with company match.
