About The Position

Job title: Senior Data Modeler (SDM) Location: Trenton, NJ Short Desc: Design & implement modern data models (relational, dimensional, star, snowflake, data lake) for Judiciary using DB2, Redshift, DynamoDB, Postgres, S3. Extendable role. Key Req (8+ yrs Data Modeling): Req: 8 yrs DB modeling (DB2, Redshift, DynamoDB, Postgres, SQL Server) Req: 6 yrs data modeling tools Req: 3 yrs AWS/cloud Req: 8 yrs complex SQL + data profiling Req: 8 yrs source data analysis & referential integrity Req: 2 yrs building Data Lakes (structured/unstructured) Nice: 4 yrs DB tuning Edu: 4-yr degree or equiv. Must Have: 3+ yrs Big Data tech Snowflake exp (pref.) Logical → physical model translation Reverse engineering (DB2/SQL) Std naming/coding practices Pega app integration Excellent comm + indep work Tasks: Translate biz needs → models, optimize DW/DataMart, reverse engineer, ensure data quality, collaborate w/ BI/dev teams.
