About The Position
Senior Data Modeler CGI Your future duties and responsibilities: Analyze and translate business requirements into conceptual and detailed logical data models. Develop logical data models based on existing applications and databases. Contribute to the ongoing refinement of data modeling standards and guidelines. Collaborate with business architects, data architects, and data stewards to capture business requirements in logical data models. Assist in evaluating and recommending appropriate data platforms for solutioning efforts. Review implemented application databases for compliance with modeling standards. Assess physical data models to ensure alignment with logical data models.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience, with a minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in 3NF logical, dimensional, and physical data modeling.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

- Metadata management and related tools
- Relational and document database technologies
- Business process modeling
- Physical data modeling for document stores
