Our products — the MM+STN co-branded video player, the Minute Media SSP, and our Unified Display Solution — power advertising and content experiences across hundreds of publisher sites globally. Data sits at the heart of how we operate: from publisher revenue reporting and finance billing to real-time performance monitoring and strategic commercial decision-making. The Role We're looking for a Data Team Lead to serve as the strategic data partner for the entire MM+ B2B portfolio. This is a high-ownership role that combines people leadership with deep commercial and technical accountability. You'll manage and develop a team of 3–4 analysts while acting as the principal data voice across the business — partnering closely with Business, Finance, Product, and Technology to shape priorities, drive decisions, and ensure the data infrastructure underpinning MM+'s publisher ecosystem is trusted, scalable, and always-on. You will own complex data infrastructure, drive analytical workstreams, and be the person the business turns to when the hard data questions need answering.
