About The Position

The Senior Data Integration Specialist role manages and optimizes data flow to our performance reporting platform utilized by Institutional Investment Consultants and Asset Owners. The primary responsibility of this position is to build and maintain robust integrations with custodial banks and other financial institutions. The individual will oversee all aspects of custodial data management including vendor management, data acquisition and mapping, and ingestion into PARis, our performance reporting platform.

This function is critical in automating customer workflows, which is one of our key strategic objectives. The individual is expected to work closely with vendors, clients and related third parties so strong client-facing skills, relationship building and a positive attitude are required.

Requirements

• Custodial data mastery and how transactions/positions translate into performance systems (PARis). 💾➡️📊
• Investment performance & accounting knowledge (e.g., positions, transactions, TWR). 📈📚
• SQL (querying) and Python for analysis/automation — you’re a self‑service problem‑solver, not necessarily a full‑time developer. 🐍🧮
• Familiarity with financial instruments (stocks, bonds, indices) and large datasets/data quality. 📘📈
• Communication, persistence, and a go‑getter mindset to move complex admin processes forward. 💬⚡
• Experience at custodial banks such as BNY Mellon, State Street, JPMorgan, Northern Trust, Schwab, Fidelity, Citi, M&T. 🏦
• Background with data/aggregation or performance providers like MSCI, Cygnus, PCR, Clearwater, Atapar, ByAllAccounts, Broadridge. 🧰
• Exposure to building integration workflows and ETL
• Institutional Investment Consultants and Asset Owners who rely on timely, accurate performance reporting — and on you to make the data click. 🧩📈
