Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering and architecture.
- Pharmaceutical advertising, media, or marketing agency experience required!
- Extensive experience with Snowflake, GCP (BigQuery, Cloud Storage), and PostgreSQL.
- Proficiency in building and managing data pipelines using tools like dbt, Airflow, or similar.
- Familiarity with marketing and media data platforms (Google Analytics, DV360, Campaign Manager).
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of data engineers.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of data engineers to build and maintain high-performance data platforms.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand needs and design robust data pipelines for business intelligence and analytics.
- Drive the implementation of CRMs and platform integrations.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and security across the data lifecycle.
- Mentor and grow the data engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to deliver data solutions that drive business value.
