Senior Data Engineer
About The Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Senior Data Engineer to join our team. Reporting to the IT Director Data Engineering and Analytics, this position is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines into our enterprise cloud data warehouse that enable analytics, reporting, and advanced data solutions across the organization. The role is part of a cross functional team that includes other data and analytics engineers and will work closely with the data architecture team which is responsible for establishing enterprise data standards and implementing new data management technologies and patterns. This position also works closely with IT operations, database administrators, infrastructure teams, analytics leaders, and business stakeholders to ensure system availability, performance, and timely resolution of data issues.
Responsibilities
- Designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines into our enterprise cloud data warehouse that enable analytics, reporting, and advanced data solutions across the organization.
- Work closely with the data architecture team which is responsible for establishing enterprise data standards and implementing new data management technologies and patterns.
