Requirements

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Math, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years experience in business analytics, data science, software development, data modeling, or data engineering - OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in business analytics, data science, software development, data modeling, or data engineering - OR equivalent experience.
• 1+ year(s) with enterprise-scale data governance, security, and compliance.
• 1+ year(s) demonstrated success in delivering products that drive measurable business impact.
• 1+ year(s) knowledge in data engineering and AI-driven analytics.
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
• Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build intelligent agents that automate data workflows, insights generation, and stakeholder interactions.
• Integrate generative AI into data engineering pipelines and analytics platforms to enable scalable and adaptive solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and engineering partners to deliver high-impact outcomes.
• Implement agent-based systems focused on data and insights.
• Ensure performance, reliability, and security of solutions across diverse data environments.
