About The Position

Takeda Development Center Americas, Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Engineer with the following duties: Architect, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance data infrastructure and pipelines to support advanced analytics, business intelligence, and data science initiatives; Design and implement data pipelines for structured and unstructured data from diverse sources; Lead the development and management of enterprise-level data lakes and data warehouses to enable efficient data storage, transformation, and integration; Build and orchestrate ETL/ELT workflows using SQL and Python to ensure reliable data processing; Design logical and physical data models to support analytical use cases; Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver robust data engineering solutions on cloud platforms. 100% remote work allowed.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Technology or related field plus 3 years of related experience.
  • Design and maintain scalable data pipelines for structured and unstructured data
  • Implement and manage data lakes and warehouses
  • Develop and orchestrate ETL/ELT workflows for data transformation and integration
  • Design logical and physical data models to support analytics use cases

Responsibilities
