Requirements

• Expertise in Python and/or C# for data engineering and application development.
• Proven and demonstrable experience designing, building, and deploying in an agentic framework.
• Proficiency in AI-powered development tools and their application in data solutions.
• Extensive experience building and deploying data solutions in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proven experience in the AdTech or MarTech industry, understanding the unique data challenges and opportunities.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehousing concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and efficient data pipelines and data warehousing solutions.
• Lead the design, build, and deployment of data solutions within an agentic framework, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and product managers, to understand data needs and deliver impactful solutions.
• Implementing and optimizing data ingestion, transformation, and storage processes.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data platforms.
• Leverage AI-powered development tools to enhance data engineering workflows and automation.
• Responsible for deploying and managing data infrastructure in cloud environments , optimizing for cost and performance.
• Mentor junior data engineers and contributing to best practices and architectural decisions.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in data engineering and AI.
