About The Position

You will own and evolve the systems that power our go to market data foundation. This role focuses on building reliable Python based pipelines, strengthening data quality across our tools, and partnering closely with Engineering, RevOps, and GTM teams to create clear and consistent data workflows. You will design and maintain the internal data products that keep our teams aligned, trusted, and able to move quickly.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or revenue data systems in a SaaS or go to market environment
  • Hands on experience with Snowflake
  • Strong Python and SQL skills with experience building API based pipelines
  • Experience orchestrating workflows with Celery, Prefect, Airflow, or similar tools
  • Strong understanding of data modeling and data quality practices
  • Skilled in monitoring, logging, and alerting to maintain healthy pipelines
  • Familiar with data hygiene, governance, and security within production systems
  • Comfortable partnering closely with Engineering, RevOps, and GTM teams
  • Clear communicator who values maintainability, reliability, and ownership
  • Thrives in a fast moving environment, brings curiosity, and uses strong judgment

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with modern data stacks such as dbt, Airbyte, Fivetran, Dagster, or Prefect
  • Experience with lead aggregation, enrichment, or large scale web scraping
  • Experience working in tools such as Retool or Heap to support internal operations
  • Experience scaling data architecture or guiding teams toward more modern stacks
  • A data product mindset with a focus on clear documentation and usability

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain Python based data pipelines that collect, clean, and enrich lead data from APIs, web forms, and marketing tools
  • Ensure consistent and high quality ingestion into our core systems
  • Develop and refine transformation logic including deduplication, normalization, and validation
  • Keep datasets accurate and standardized across all go to market systems
  • Strengthen reliability and observability with clear monitoring, logging, and alerting
  • Build workflows that support long term scalability and maintainability
  • Create and uphold data governance standards across tools such as Retool
  • Add guardrails, approval flows, and automated validation checks to protect production data
  • Document data flows, ownership, and change history so teams understand how information moves
  • Partner with Engineering, RevOps, and GTM teams to align data models and workflows
  • Maintain strong data security and safe access to sensitive business information
  • Contribute to the evolution of go to market data architecture by identifying opportunities for scalability, performance, and better governance
