Requirements

  • Strong data engineering experience using Python and SQL, delivering production-grade pipelines and data products.
  • Expertise in data modelling and pipeline design for Lakehouse/warehouse environments.
  • Strong technical communication skills: able to clarify ambiguous requirements and translate them into actionable designs.
  • Proven stakeholder engagement and the ability to drive complex cross-functional projects end-to-end.
  • High attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and delivering scalable data products in the data Lakehouse, working alongside the data product owner and software engineering partners.
  • Defining and aligning business definitions, KPIs, and metric logic across stakeholders.
  • Building and optimizing reliable ELT/ETL pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
  • Ingesting and modeling sensor and utilization data to generate data-driven insights and build reusable analytics assets that influence global design standards.
  • Partnering with the BIM team to understand model data, and extract cost, design, sustainability, and quality assurance insights from models.
  • Operationalizing pipelines to parse and transform BIM data and metadata for analytics.
  • Delivering production-grade dashboards and models integrated with PMO workflows and controls.
  • Help to design, build, and operationalize an ML model to predict project cost. Defining features, training and validation strategies, and MLOps processes (versioning, deployment, monitoring, model governance).
