About The Position

Support planning, designing, and implementing R1 RCM Holdco, Inc.'s centralized data lake solution for reporting and analytics across all applications within the company. Collaborate with and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions. Work with other teams with deep experience in machine learning, distributed microservices, and data science domains to understand how to centralize their data and provide solutions. Perform thorough data analysis, uncover opportunities, and address business problems. Use health care revenue cycle management data to build effective data models and pipeline automations and to serve the downstream value stream applications and products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Management, Computer Information Science, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience; OR a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in the same fields and 3 years of related work experience.
• 3 years of experience with Scala, Spark, or Databricks for data transformation.
• Experience with Apache Airflow orchestration tool to design and create production ready ETL pipeline jobs.
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL database systems.
• Experience in distributed system architecture design.
• Development experience in Azure or AWS cloud environment.
• Experience in acquiring and preparing data from source data systems.
• Building both relational and non-relational data models.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology.
