About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Senior Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize large-scale data pipelines and architectures that support business intelligence, advanced analytics, and real-time data processing. In this role, you will work on ingestion, transformation, validation, and orchestration of data, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and scalability. You will also provide guidance to junior engineers, contribute to automation initiatives, and collaborate closely with DevSecOps to improve continuous integration and deployment. This is a hands-on role where you’ll leverage advanced programming tools and modern data platforms to improve efficiency and deliver high-quality technical solutions. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4–6 years of professional experience in data engineering or related fields.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, and/or Informatica.
  • Experience building and maintaining high-performance, scalable data pipelines.
  • Strong knowledge of data management, processing, and storage solutions.
  • Familiarity with DevOps/CI-CD practices and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to mentor junior engineers while driving technical best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and operationalize data pipelines for reporting, analytics, and real-time applications.
  • Design and implement processes for data ingestion, preparation, provisioning, and lifecycle management.
  • Guide and mentor data engineers on large-scale, high-volume, high-performance architectures.
  • Ensure data quality, reliability, and efficiency across environments and platforms.
  • Collaborate with DevSecOps teams on CI/CD processes to optimize deployments.
  • Design, test, and maintain advanced architectures and real-time data processing systems.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve workflows.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in data engineering and recommend innovative solutions.
