About The Position

We are currently looking for a Senior Data Engineer in the United States. As a Senior Data Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and optimizing advanced data infrastructure. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration across marketing and analytics platforms, supporting business intelligence and automation initiatives. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of experience in data engineering or related fields.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in relational databases and data warehousing.
• Strong hands-on experience with dbt and cloud databases such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift.
• Familiarity with data orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Dagster, AWS Glue, or Azure Data Factory).
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets proficiency.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of marketing data, KPIs, and business intelligence concepts.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with API integrations, version control systems (GitHub, Bitbucket, GitLab), and data visualization tools.
• Previous experience in an advertising, media, or analytics environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines leveraging tools such as dbt and BigQuery.
• Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities within the data lifecycle.
• Manage multiple data pipelines supporting marketing analytics and client reporting systems.
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency across multiple environments and sources.
• Utilize test-driven development practices to optimize performance and reliability of data systems.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the data architecture and engineering standards.
