Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in application development.
• 1+ year of experience in big data technologies; 5+ years preferred.
• 2+ years of experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• 3+ years of experience with distributed data/computing tools and frameworks.
• 2+ years of experience with real-time data processing, NoSQL databases, and data warehousing (Databricks, Snowflake).
• Proficiency with UNIX/Linux systems, including shell scripting.
• Experience with Agile engineering practices and full-stack data solutions.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and collaborative skills; ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support cloud-based technical solutions.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain data pipelines using distributed data/computing tools, including Databricks, Snowflake, Spark, Kafka, and Hive.
• Work with programming languages such as Python, Java, Scala, and SQL to deliver scalable solutions.
• Implement and manage NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) and RDBMS platforms.
• Conduct unit testing, code reviews, and performance tuning to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Mentor team members, share knowledge, and contribute to the engineering community.
• Collaborate with product managers and design teams to deliver solutions that meet user needs and business objectives.
