We are currently seeking a Senior Data Center Technical Support Analyst to join our team in Baton Rouge, Louisiana (US-LA), United States (US). This role provides ongoing systems administration support including installation, customization, maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware/software systems. The analyst will provide technical support and advise on the use of programming tools, database systems, and networks, addressing availability and reliability issues on systems (Windows/Unix/Mainframe) across multiple locations. Responsibilities include evaluating and integrating new operating system versions, drivers, and hardware, as well as monitoring and tuning the system to achieve optimum performance levels. The position ensures 24x7 after-hour support and prescribes system backup/disaster recovery procedures.
