As a Senior Data Architect on the Data team at Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA), you will establish consistent data standards, reference architectures, patterns, and practices across the organization for both OLTP and OLAP technologies. Your role will involve defining reference data architecture and collaborating with agile teams to ensure best practices are utilized in data platform development. You will create strategies and design solutions for various use cases, including Data Migration, database optimization, and data architectural solutions for Analytics Data Projects. Additionally, you will design, develop, and troubleshoot complex technical problems in OLAP/OLTP/DW and provide solutions for Enterprise-level Applications utilizing Azure Data Platform.
