We're looking for a Senior Data Analytics Manager, Marketing Analytics to join our growing Data & Analytics team. In this role, as an individual contributor you will partner closely with our revenue marketing leadership to uncover insights that drive pipeline generation, campaign effectiveness, and overall go-to-market performance. You'll bring rigor and storytelling to our data, ensuring the business can make faster, smarter decisions. This role is highly cross-functional, giving you visibility and impact across business development, digital marketing, and events. It's an opportunity to shape how Ironclad understands its top-of-funnel engine in a high-growth environment. This role will report to the Sr. Manager, GTM Data Science & Analytics.

  • Partner with Marketing leaders to analyze pipeline generation, campaign performance, and conversion trends, providing actionable insights that improve ROI.
  • Build dashboards and reporting in Looker that empower stakeholders to self-serve and confidently track their key metrics.
  • Develop and maintain core marketing data models in our data warehouse to ensure consistent, reliable data foundations.
  • Support the creation of business cases and models that guide investment decisions across channels, offers, and campaigns.
  • Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives that inform strategy at both the executive and operating levels.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure marketing analytics ties directly to pipeline and revenue impact.
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing analytics, data science, or business analytics, ideally in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, or equivalent).
  • Proven ability to define and track core marketing KPIs (e.g., pipeline, CAC, campaign ROI).
  • Comfort building models and analyses that inform go-to-market decisions, from channel investments to pipeline forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and data storytelling skills, able to translate findings into business strategy.
