ZoomInfo is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Person Data team and help solidify ZoomInfo as the global leader in contact data. This is a high-impact role where you'll combine advanced data analytics with deep expertise in contact data pipelines to drive data-informed decisions that elevate quality, expand assets, and separate ZoomInfo from competitors. You'll work as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Data Leadership teams while building best-in-class contact data that powers our customers' modernized GTM workflows.

  • Own analysis projects end-to-end, from identifying opportunities to presenting findings to stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Data Leadership
  • Proactively lead analyses that modernize and scale key components of our contact data pipeline, including title classification, address normalization, profiling, and matching
  • Leverage domain expertise to identify and deliver strategic opportunities that expand ZoomInfo's contact data capabilities and develop new products/features
  • Implement AI-driven monitoring systems to proactively detect and resolve critical data quality issues, reducing manual intervention and preventing recurring problems
  • Establish automated testing frameworks to integrate new datasets and attributes, driving acceleration of database improvements
  • Serve as the contact data pipeline expert for Product teams, developing compelling product positioning and technical messaging for releases
  • Mentor junior team members and serve as subject matter expert for cross-functional partners
  • Streamline analysis workflows through automation, AI integration, and improved scripting practices
  • Drive measurable improvements in data quality and coverage that establish competitive advantages
  • Bachelor's Degree in an analytical/research field (Math, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, etc.) and 5+ years of experience in data analytics, or equivalent combination. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in programming languages for data analysis (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Stata, SAS)
  • 2+ years experience in a senior analytical role with proven leadership and mentorship capabilities
  • Experience with statistical methods and data science applications is a plus
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and ability to see patterns in large datasets
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills - this is essential for cross-functional success
  • Customer-focused mindset with understanding of how data quality impacts business outcomes
  • Experience with quality monitoring, and root cause analysis
  • Experience creating data visualizations and presenting technical findings to executive stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Experience with B2B data or CRM data is a plus
