About The Position

Aptive seeks a Senior Data Analyst to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Health Administration's (VHA) efforts to implement the Electronics Health Information Management (EHRM). The expected compensation at the time of requisition creation, is between $150,000 and $170,000. The position offers medical, dental and vision coverage. Additional benefits such as 401K, disability insurance and PTO are provided as well.

Requirements

• 10 years' experience in healthcare analytics.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Specific experience in health care analytics and proficiency with an electronic health record (EHR).
• Experience in IT programming and expertise in analytical tools, i.e. SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), TOAD, Power BI, Excel, MS Access, IBM MDM Inspector, SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).
• Expert knowledge and abilities in Data Quality, Identity Management (specifically within the healthcare domain), Data Quality Analytics, Clinical Data Quality, Data Governance, Data Stewardship, and Data Management.

Responsibilities

• Provide key personnel that have extensive experience in the industry standard tools and processes used to support a large-scale healthcare system in Identity Management support and implementation.
• Serve as the subject matter expert in electronic clinical quality reporting, hospital accreditation bodies, and implementation of clinical data quality principles.
