About The Position

Medely is hiring a Senior Data Analyst who’s excited to use data to tell stories, uncover opportunities, and drive smarter decisions across our fast-growing business. You’ll collaborate closely with teams across Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, and Recruiting - translating complex data into clear insights that influence strategy and growth. If you’re energized by solving tough problems, moving fast, and diving deep into the “why” behind the numbers, we’d love to meet you.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, statistics, data science, consulting, or other relevant field
• Strong understanding of databases and business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Metabase etc.)
• Advanced SQL skills and ability to write well-optimized queries
• Ability to organize and present complex data to technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong analytical skills, with experience solving ambiguous problems using data
• Ability to analyze data and condense data to tell a persuasive story

Responsibilities

• Work closely with teams to provide data-driven insights that will help drive a significant increase in core business KPIs (growth, revenue, engagement)
• Create compelling internal dashboards to monitor the health of the product and business KPIs (growth, revenue, engagement)
• Present and articulate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams
• Deliver ad-hoc analyses and reports to support business needs, investigate, triage, and resolve metrics-based issues without heavy guidance
• Review current processes and spot potential opportunities for improvement via reporting or automation
• Look for opportunities to automate insights through alerting and anomaly detection
• Identify areas short of new data and the refinement of existing data sources
