About The Position

In partnership with Vanguard's Financial Advisor Services (FAS), the Chief Data and Analytics Office (CDAO) is transforming how data and analytics drive FAS's vision of being the “advisor to the advisor.” CDAO collaborates with FAS to provide insights into clients and their interactions. Our goal is to deliver data-driven solutions that inform decisions and anticipate client needs, ensuring we offer the right products and services at the right time. Data and analytics are at the heart of activating this vision, allowing us to enhance the client experience, streamline operations, and expand our repertoire of features and services.

Requirements

• Proficient in SQL for data extraction and transformation using the Redshift data warehouse (FAS360).
• Experience analyzing data with tools like Amazon SageMaker and Tableau.
• Strong communication and consultative skills.
• Comfortable with project ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Engage with internal partners to understand business strategy, translate requirements into analytical projects, and lead them to completion.
• Leverage data across various engagement and transactional datasets to develop insights, recommendations and reporting.
• Acquire, compile, and verify the quality of structured data.
