  • Transition database solution from an Access-based environment to a SQL-based data mart, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.
  • Design, develop and maintain databases to support data tracking, reporting and analytical needs.
  • Continuously improve existing databases to adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI to analyze and track business metrics.
  • Analyze complex data sets using SQL to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage ad-hoc inquiries related to reporting, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Create comprehensive documentation of data processes, methodologies, and reports.
  • Communicate/Correspond with teams across the company to gather and document data to ensure accuracy for reporting.
  • Implement and maintain administrative tasks to track and manage data for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Work closely with multi-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver solutions that drive performance and efficiency.
  • Deliver training and support to team members on Power BI and data analysis standard methodologies.
  • Find opportunities for process improvements, automation and efficiencies in data collection, reporting, and analysis.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and standard methodologies in data analytics and business intelligence.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in data Analytics, Business Operations, Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis role, with a strong emphasis on data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI and SQL is essential; experience with other BI tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Advanced knowledge of data visualization standard methodologies and techniques.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
  • Good communication and social skills.
  • Critical thinking, strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and multi-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
