About The Position

The Senior Marketing Analyst's primary responsibility is to help clients maximize value from their marketing data. You'll design and maintain dashboards across BI platforms, ensure data quality, and deliver clear, actionable reporting. While your main focus is analytics, you'll also manage data transformations in dbt when needed. This role requires both technical expertise and client-facing communication skills. You'll also leverage AI tools to 10x your productivity, so a passion for incorporating artificial intelligence into data workflows is essential. We are looking for someone who is reliable, responsible, quality-minded, keeps commitments, takes ownership of their work, and can confidently present results to clients. You should be someone we can truly rely on in client-facing delivery and long-term projects.

Requirements

  • Expert-level proficiency in at least one BI platform (Looker, Power BI, or Tableau), with the ability to deliver projects across all.
  • 3+ years of SQL experience.
  • English C1 level with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to communicate directly with clients and stakeholders.
  • Takes ownership and responsibility for their work and results.
  • Can present their work and insights confidently to clients.
  • Consistently checks their own work for quality, accuracy, and completeness before delivery.
  • Strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving, and close attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to drive clarity with clients and internal teams.
  • Hands-on experience with QA/UAT processes.
  • Proficiency with AI tools and the ability to learn new ways of working are essential.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Google Analytics (for business understanding).
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics Data Streams.
  • 2+ years dbt experience in analytics workflows.
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms data (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • Understanding of Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Support clients directly — understand their requirements, translate them into data solutions, and deliver clear insights.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Looker, Power BI, and Tableau — depending on client setup.
  • Proactively identify opportunities, trends, or risks in marketing data and communicate findings clearly.
  • Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries for reporting, analysis, and investigations.
  • Manage and enhance data transformations with dbt where necessary.
  • Conduct QA/UAT to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and trustworthiness.
  • Use Git for version control and collaboration.
  • Leverage AI tools to be 10x more productive than the average analyst.
