About The Position

We’re seeking an experienced data professional to join our analytics team — someone who brings strong technical expertise, intellectual curiosity, and a collaborative mindset… and who is also excited about the opportunity to become an employee-owner. If these sound like you, we’d love to talk: You’re fluent in SQL — and designing, optimizing and solving complex queries and logic problems feels deeply satisfying. You’re energized by uncovering trends, correlations, and patterns that help others make smarter decisions. You enjoy diving into statistical outputs and behavioral data to inform meaningful analysis and insights. Methods such as predictive analytics, exploratory and spatial analysis, segmentation, or clustering are tools you feel confident working with — and eager to refine. You value teamwork, open dialogue, and contributing to a supportive, high-performing environment. Reside in or near Lincoln, Nebraska, with the ability to work on-site for in-office collaboration days, 3 days a week. At Haberfeld, we align marketing, products, and people to drive sustained, meaningful organizational growth through a blend of consulting, marketing, training, and analytics. Our work is grounded in five core values — Integrity, Excellence, Collaboration, Curiosity, and Joy-in-the-Journey — and we strive to live them every day.
