In the role of Senior Data Analyst, we'll count on you to: · Provide on-site support to the Florida Department of Transportation Central Office · Maintain and enhance multimodal transportation asset management systems · Enhance data analytics for asset management and traffic monitoring · Develop metadata and other documentation for federal reporting and state business needs · Enhance extract, transform and load (ETL) operations of roadway and traffic data · Enhance manual and/or automated workflows and processes for roadway asset feature extraction · Enhance artificial intelligence and machine learning processes utilizing aerial and/or street level imagery for roadway asset feature extraction · Enhance integration of roadway asset data into GIS · Prepare complex scripts or programs to automate functions within a desktop or web-based GIS environment · Support the Department’s Digital Asset Management initiative · Assist with the development and maintenance of custom tools, GIS extensions and applications · Provide project management, administrative, and technical support · Assist with quality assurance functions · Assist with outreach and training for data awareness, education, collaboration and program capacity building · Assist in preparation for and participate in public information meetings and hearings · Perform other duties as needed
