Requirements

Bachelorâs degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
6+ years of statistical or data analysis experience.
Experience managing projects or involvement in project implementation.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced analytical support for business operations in areas such as claims, provider data, member data, clinical data, and external reporting.
Extract, load, model, and reconcile large amounts of data across multiple system platforms.
Review data to determine operational impacts; elevate issues and opportunities to management.
Develop reports and make strategic recommendations to management.
Model data using MS Excel, Access, SQL, and other analytical tools.
Assist management in driving data-centric business decisions.
Ensure compliance with federal and state reporting requirements through data quality audits.
Train and mentor other Data Analysts.
Assist with workload determination for Data Analysts.
