Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree and 7+ years in a data role.
- Expert knowledge in SQL and familiarity with Google Analytics or DataDog.
- Demonstrated dashboarding and reporting capabilities.
- Experience in agile software development on cross-functional teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive and self-directed with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively across team structures.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguous requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead efforts to analyze and manipulate large data sets.
- Deliver data analytics methodologies with minimal guidance.
- Manage team working sessions to maintain high-quality data and reporting.
- Collaborate with program teams and mentor junior members.
- Communicate data analytics issues and develop effective solutions.
- Identify risks associated with data processes and communicate with leadership.
- Participate in technical interviews and grading of candidates.
- Develop innovative solutions for complex program challenges.
