About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to transform complex datasets into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, advanced proficiency in data visualization and statistical techniques, and the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.

Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
7+ years in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics roles.
Strong SQL skills for querying and data manipulation.
Proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis and modeling.
Expertise in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker).
Knowledge of Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros).
Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Understanding of ETL processes and data pipelines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources (databases, APIs, cloud platforms).
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across systems.
Work with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, NoSQL).
Perform advanced statistical analysis, trend forecasting, and predictive modeling.
Identify patterns, correlations, and anomalies in large datasets.
Translate data findings into clear business recommendations.
Design interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Looker.
Present insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and storytelling.
Automate reporting processes for efficiency and scalability.
Partner with business units, product managers, and engineers to define KPIs and metrics.
Support data-driven decision-making across marketing, finance, operations, and product teams.
Mentor junior analysts and enforce best practices in data analysis.
Apply machine learning techniques for classification, clustering, and regression tasks.
Conduct A/B testing and experiment design for product and marketing initiatives.
Work with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) for large-scale analysis.
