As a Senior Data Analyst specializing in Business Intelligence, you will lead data and reporting initiatives designed to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. Collaborating with cross-functionally to deliver actionable insights, build compelling dashboards, and provide the data necessary for strategic client business reviews.

  • Lead and manage data analysis projects from requirements gathering through delivery.
  • Design and implement robust data models, pipelines, and processes for transforming raw data into meaningful insights.
  • Build, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Deliver insightful analysis on business performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks for business reviews and leadership meetings.
  • Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of regular and ad hoc reporting for key stakeholders across business functions.
  • Apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to uncover deep insights from structured and unstructured data.
  • Conduct predictive analytics to support business forecasting, strategy, and decision-making.
  • Conduct regular data quality assessments and implement corrective actions.
  • Support data governance, privacy, and compliance initiatives to ensure reliable and secure data usage.
  • Act as a data subject matter expert, delivering compelling data stories and presentations to non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support business objectives, resolve complex challenges, and enable operational excellence.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in data analysis, BI, or analytics, including senior or lead responsibilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar analytics tools.
  • Expertise in data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent).
  • Experience with statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and machine learning.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and database design.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Proven ability to mentor and guide junior analysts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to translate complex insights for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and compliance frameworks.
  • Industry-specific experience (finance, healthcare, e-commerce) is a plus.
