About The Position

As the Senior Data Analyst, You Will: Advanced Analytics & Insights • Lead the acquisition, analysis, and visualization of complex datasets to support informed decisions on pricing strategies, product performance, customer behavior, and market opportunities. • Build and refine executive level reports covering sales, orders, quotes, and pricing performance. • Investigate discrepancies in reports, partnering with global business users to resolve data issues and improve accuracy. Self Service Analytics & Tools • Drive continuous improvement of self service analytics tools used across the organization. • Architect scalable data models and datasets that empower business users with reliable, easy to consume insights. • Evaluate and introduce modern AI powered capabilities that enhance data quality, searchability, and user experience. Data Management & Quality • Extract and structure large datasets from SQL databases to uncover actionable insights. • Partner with business teams to identify and correct data quality issues through training, documentation, and improved processes. • Define analytical and data requirements for cross functional projects involving data engineering, product teams, and global stakeholders. Collaboration & Leadership • Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on analytical methods, standards, and best practices. • Work closely with product management, sales, engineering, and operations teams to align analytical outputs with strategic business needs. • Communicate complex data processes, methodologies, and insights in a clear, simplified way that supports decision makers at all levels. • Support and lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance across the business. ________________________________________ Who You Are You are naturally curious and eager to understand how data flows through the business. Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Information Systems, Systems Engineering, Data Management, Data Analysis, Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Statistics, Accounting/Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics roles.
  • Strong SQL skills with experience working with large, complex datasets.
  • Proficiency in Python, Excel, and Power BI/Fabric
  • Demonstrated ability to transform raw data into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Experience supporting cross functional teams and working with global stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and data storytelling skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with AI/ML tools or data quality automation.
  • Familiarity with data engineering workflows or ETL processes.
  • Experience working in manufacturing, industrial automation, or complex product environments.
  • Knowledge of pricing analytics, product lifecycle management, or operational planning metrics.
