About The Position

Soleo Health is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support our core business needs in St. Louis, MO. Join us in Simplifying Complex Care! The Senior Data Analyst will support and enhance our Snowflake data platform and self-service analytics capabilities. This role involves designing domain-specific views and tables to enable seamless data access for business users and creating executive dashboards using Power BI and/or Tableau to drive strategic decision making across the organization. This role will work cross-functionally with business and technical teams to turn data into insights that empower business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to develop executive level dashboards using Power BI and/or Tableau.
  • Strong experience with SQL for data querying, modeling, and transformation.
  • Advanced understanding of Snowflake architecture, including performance tuning, data sharing, and security.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) for data manipulation is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage domain-specific views and tables in Snowflake to enable intuitive, efficient data access for business users.
  • Build and maintain interactive executive dashboards in Power BI and/or Tableau that deliver key performance indicators and actionable insights.
  • Support pipelines and transformation logic to prepare high quality, analytics ready datasets.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and BI developers to understand requirements and deliver tailored analytics solutions.
  • Implement and uphold best practices for data documentation, access control, and performance tuning.
  • Provide training, support, and best practice guidance to promote adoption of self-service analytics tools across the organization.
