Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in data analytics, preferably within acquisition, marketing, or customer growth domains.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Azure Synapse.
  • Hands-on experience with modern ETL/ELT tools (e.g., dbt, Fivetran, Airflow) and workflow orchestration.
  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Exposure to Salesforce and other CRM or marketing automation platforms is a strong advantage.
  • Experience integrating data across cloud and legacy systems, including on-premise databases and APIs.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, campaign attribution, and customer journey analytics.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Salesforce and hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable, automated data pipelines across cloud-native and legacy systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data and drive strategic insights.
  • Champion data governance and mentor junior analysts to elevate team capabilities.
  • Work hands-on with a modern data stack: Snowflake, BigQuery, dbt, Airflow, Power BI.
