About The Position

We combine educational expertise with deep analytical capabilities to optimize outcomes across tutoring, test prep, and college advising programs. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team and lead strategic data initiatives across departments. The Senior Data Analyst will play a key leadership role in building and scaling ConnectPrep’s analytics function. This individual will be responsible for designing and maintaining data systems, driving business insights through advanced analytics, and supporting key initiatives across operations, curriculum development, and marketing. This is a high-impact role for a data-driven professional who is equally comfortable with hands-on technical work and cross-functional collaboration.
