This position is for a Senior Data Analyst located at 702 SW 8th Street, Bentonville, AR 72716. The role involves analyzing and interpreting information for various initiative work streams to improve business efficiency through various analytical methodologies. The analyst will develop creative solutions within business areas that reduce costs and meet business goals, ensuring data accuracy and making judgment calls on necessary activities. The position also includes developing and directing work streams of cross-functional projects, organizing timelines and deliverables, facilitating meetings, and reporting results to supervisors and stakeholders. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is essential to communicate results and findings from data analyses. The analyst will also develop tools to support decision-making and business cases, ensuring customer needs are met and analyzing the impact of initiatives on the business. In the absence of the Project Manager III, Innovation, the Senior Data Analyst will assume their duties, working directly with project team members and providing guidance on logistical issues.
