The Senior Data Analyst position involves analyzing and interpreting information for various initiative work streams to enhance business efficiency through diverse analytical methodologies. The role requires developing creative solutions that reduce costs and meet business goals while ensuring data accuracy. The analyst will direct one or more work streams of a cross-functional project, organizing timelines and deliverables, facilitating meetings, and reporting results to supervisors and stakeholders. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is essential to communicate the results of data analyses and research. The analyst will also develop tools to support decision-making and business cases, ensuring customer needs are met and analyzing the impact of initiatives on the business. In the absence of the Project Manager III, Innovation, the Senior Data Analyst will assume their duties, providing guidance and performing analyses. The role demands up-to-date expertise in developing, executing, and improving action plans, building relationships with key stakeholders, and adapting to organizational changes.

  • Build relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders to implement business solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in data analytics or related field.
  • Experience with building data quality assessment frameworks.
  • Experience in developing data profiling solutions and managing data quality controls.
  • Knowledge of data quality concepts and practices.
  • Ability to define detailed business rules logic.
  • Experience in data extraction and transformation.
  • Proficiency in dashboard generation and collaboration with teams.
  • Experience with user access permissions and querying and analysis.
  • Knowledge of data governance and row-level security in reports.
  • Experience with SQL Store procedures development and optimization.
  • Proficiency in SSRS reporting process and SSIS ETL with Visual Studio.
  • Experience with Power Query and Power Automate.
