About The Position

We are looking for a forward-thinking Senior Data Analyst to support continuous improvement projects and change management initiatives through stakeholder management, strong initiative, and critical thinking. In this role, you will use leadership, business understanding, and strong analytical skills to influence change and to deliver operational excellence in Transportation Optimization.

Requirements

Curiosity for AI/ML applications and business understanding; pragmatic approach to innovation.
Strong business acumen and experience influencing decisions through data.
4+ years' experience in analytics or data engineering (Python, SQL, GCP/BigQuery).
Proven ability to design scalable data pipelines and analytical solutions.
Expertise in data visualization (Tableau) and stakeholder communication
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Arts, Finance or related field and 2 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.
Option 2: Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
Option 3: 4 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.

Responsibilities

Influence stakeholders to define problems, align metrics, and deliver results.
Communicate insights through clear storytelling and visualizations for technical and non-technical audiences.
Communicate project updates, project results, and risks to keep leadership and business partners engaged.
Explore and implement new analytics and automation tools.
Collaborate on practical AI/ML initiatives and promote best practices and data literacy.
Identify and deliver data-driven opportunities to improve decision-making and efficiency.
Translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
Build dashboards and tools to monitor performance, trends, and KPIs in transportation and supply chain.
Design and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures (data lakes, ETL/ELT).
Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance for analytics and model deployment (GCP BigQuery or similar).
