Bonafide Health is seeking a talented and passionate Sr. Data Analyst, Sales Force Analytics, Bonafide to join our Analytics team, focusing on Field Force efforts. The ideal candidate for this role has prior experience analyzing sales representative performance and working with prescription data (such as IQVIA and Definitive Healthcare), as well as proficiency in Salesforce and Looker. The Sr. Data Analyst, Sales Force Analytics, Bonafide will report to the Director, Sales Analytics, Bonafide.

  • Assist with development, implementation, communication, and administration of sales incentive compensation plans, policies, and quotas
  • Create and communicate Sales Compensation Reporting Packages
  • Standardize and automate reporting tools
  • Monitor and evaluate compensation results relative to sales performance
  • Calculate incentive compensation payouts and coordinate with payroll to pay on time
  • Own and optimize Incentive Compensation financial model to monitor payout trends and manage IC budget
  • Responsible for monitoring and maintaining territory alignments (zip to territory)
  • Perform analytics to generate actionable insights for monthly business reviews
  • Perform advanced proactive analyses for field sales and market trends to identify opportunities and risks
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to analyze data and perform ad hoc analyses
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Bachelor’s degree; an advanced degree in business analytics, statistics, mathematics, or another quantitative discipline is preferred
  • 3+ years of professional experience in an analytical role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Hands-on experience working with incentive compensation software (Xactly, Javelin, CaptivateIQ, Anaplan)
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, work quickly, and meet tight deadlines
  • Extensive hands-on experience with large databases, Strong SQL, and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively both orally and in writing
  • Experience analyzing sales representative performance and working with medical claims data (such as IQVIA and Definitive Healthcare) is preferred
